It took a rather negative experience (and some free time) to prompt me to write my first review, but you have to start somewhere, right? I go for massages a few times a year and have tried several places, so hopefully, this will provide some valuable insights.
Matahari is a nice place, and I’ve always had above-standard experiences there. It was also where I had my first massage, so even though I see that the prices are quite high, I still occasionally visit.
Booking through their website is straightforward: you confirm the day before the massage and then just show up at the designated time and place (Truhlarska near Palladium). At the reception, I give my name, and within seconds or at most a minute, I’m greeted. So, the logistics work well.
Melisa seems friendly, and it’s pleasant to have a bit of small talk with her. A common issue with the salon is the dim lighting, so you’re squinting and hoping not to bump into anything while trying to get a good look at the masseuse (which is why you’re there). Maybe next time, I’ll bring a pirate eye patch?
She sent me to the shower alone (I don’t mind, although some masseuses can make it quite an experience, but I leave it up to them), and then I plopped onto the bed for a back massage. It was fairly pleasant, and she applied pressure at times, so it was a real massage, with her hands exploring all the nooks and crannies. However, there could have been more body-to-body contact; she has a beautiful figure (especially her breasts), so any closer contact would have earned positive points.
I turned onto my back—let’s be honest, this is the most anticipated part of the massage—but she spent most of the time kneeling beside me, focusing on “Mr. Homeowner” with her hands. Occasionally, she used her breasts for a bit of a tease (highlight of the day) and then went back to the basics. No creativity, minimal body-to-body contact, just an aim to finish with minimal effort to create something memorable, something that would make a client want to return.
Finished, wiped down. We still have time. Do you want a bit more back massage?
I was disappointed. In my experience, this was the weakest session. You could argue that I should have asked for this or that, but I don’t want to. Especially for such a high price, I want it to be an experience where the girl shows some initiative, surprises me, and creates a pleasant experience (ideally for both). Other masseuses have been able to provide that. You don’t need years of experience to realize that this was a weak attempt to “get it done” and check it off as “completed.” And I’m definitely not ugly, rude, disgusting, old, hairy, smelly, or fat, so you can’t blame it on me 🙂
At the end, she joined me in the shower for a few seconds to wash my back and then quickly left. Oh well, maybe next time, but definitely somewhere else.

Melisas massage lacked spark. High price for minimal effort. Matahari is pricey and average quality…
I actually enjoyed Melisas massage; maybe it just wasnt your style.
Melisa at Matahari lacked excitement. For the price, youd expect more creativity. Maybe try elsewhere next time.
Cant justify the price for that kind of lackluster effort. Melisa missed the mark on making it memorable.
Maybe Melisa had an off day? Ive been there, and usually, its better.
Mataharis sessions are below average these days. Better visit Candyshop or Rabit Hall if I can give you advice.
